By creating an account, accessing, or using the Aktif Signage TV service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Aktif Signage TV is a cloud-based digital signage solution that allows users to:

• Display digital content on screens and monitors
• Manage multiple display devices remotely
• Schedule and automate content playback
• Access specialized features for mosques, restaurants, and businesses
• Upload and manage images, videos, and other media content

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service, including its design, features, and all related intellectual property, is owned by IQ Aktif Resources Sdn. Bhd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on third-party rights. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Device Activation and Management

Each device activated on the Service is linked to a specific venue and account. You agree that:

• Activation keys are for single-device use only
• You will not share or transfer activation keys without authorization
• Device limits are determined by your subscription plan
• We may deactivate devices that violate these Terms

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, through mediation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• If mediation fails, through the courts of Malaysia
