Abu Bakar Hj Hasan(ABH, I or our) built the Aktif Solat app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by ABH at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding ABH policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use ABH Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that ABH collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at actif solat unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
A. Aktif Solat app requires your device geolocations (latitude and longitude) in order to calculate correctly the prayer times of your location/area.
This information will be passed to our cloud server to determine the nearby venue and in case of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei the prayer times will be downloaded to your device.
B. Your device id together with your geolocations will be used at our cloud server to calculate the various notifications to your device. Then, the firebase cloud messaging (fcm) will be used to deliver those notifications to your device whether your device in wake or sleep mode as long as your device connected to the internet.
C. For a better experience, If you choose to sign-up, ABH will collect your userid, email address, nickname, and your unique device id (generated by the app).
D. If you are a registered user you will then be able to remove ads using in-app purchase. For this purpose, your user id will be kept in our server to keep track of your in-app purchase expiry date. In-app purchase is valid one whole year.
E. Only one device is allowed per user account.

G. You may delete your account with us. Please login to this link to delete your account.

Content or comment may not be submitted to ABH cloud server
, who will moderate all content/comment and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to:
(i) sexually explicit materials;
(ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity;
(iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent;
(iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and
(v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
ABH may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
ABH want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
ABH value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus ABH are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. ABH do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case ABH discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, ABH immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
ABH may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. ABH will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
